The robust construction of these Heavy Duty Builders Wheelbarrows starts with a 5mm thick HDPE pan, engineered to deliver unmatched strength while minimising noise and providing excellent impact resistance. Independently tested and backed by a comprehensive 12-month warranty (speak to our Sales team for terms & conditions), this pan boasts a smooth finish and recessed fittings for effortless unloading and cleaning.
The heavy-duty 32mm single-piece frame, featuring a tipper nose and welded brackets, also comes with 3mm steel wear pads on both the nose and legs. Our Zinc Plated Yellow Plastic 120 Litre Wheelbarrow comes with longer, elevated handles to improve usability but also elevate comfort during use to enhance user experience.
Our Yellow 120 Litre Pneumatic Wheelbarrow has been made with with a zinc-plated frame for a tougher exterior whereas our HDPE Red model has been powder coated for a hard-wearing, long-lasting finish. A zinc-plated finish enhances the durability of your product forming a tough protective layer on the surface of the wheelbarrow to act as a barrier against corrosion, scratches and abrasions to ensure a longer life span in adverse weather conditions and rough handling.
