Kerb stone handles are lifting devices designed to lift heavy stones manually or with cranes – it is used for transporting kerb stones and capable of lifting various objects. Heavy duty builders buckets are for multipurpose use ideal for construction work. Heavy duty trestle tables to lay scaffolding boards across to safely work at height come with accessories such as stabilisers to assist with scaffolding work and to increase safety. Our building hole covers are slim-line, highly visible non-slip plastic boards that can be quickly and easily secured over temporary holes for increased safety.

Acrow Props
HERMEQ supplies acrow props for temporary structural support in construction, refurbishment and alteration work. Adjustable steel props come in Sizes 0 to 4 and carry walls, ceilings, floors and beams while the permanent structure is built, repaired or altered. Adjustable push-pull props work at an angle to support formwork and falsework and to brace walls and panels.Fixed and adjustable U-heads sit on the prop to hold timber beams and bearers in place. The PropMate lintel support, known on site as a strongboy, adapts an adjustable steel prop to carry brickwork over a new opening.

Builders Trestles
Builders trestles, also known as band stands, are adjustable steel stands that carry scaffold boards to form a working platform for construction and maintenance work. HERMEQ's trestles are made from tubular steel with a zinc-plated finish, which resists rust on site and keeps each trestle light enough to carry between rooms and floors. The height adjusts to suit the task, and each trestle takes up to four scaffold boards, enough for a deck that holds the person working on it along with their tools and materials. For work at height, the range also includes stabilisers, ladder brackets, safety posts, gates and S brackets, which build a guarded platform on the same trestles.

Mortar Tubs and Mortar Bins
Mortar tubs, also called mortar bins, are used on building sites to transport, store and dispose of mortar, cement, concrete, plaster and mud. The range is made from polyethylene, with rigid walls and lifting points built for daily handling by telehandler, forklift and crane, and most tubs are UV protected for life outdoors. The 500 litre crane lift mortar tub is the largest in the range: a rigid tub for lifting mortar through the air to upper floors and into frames. For work at ground level and onto scaffold lifts, the forklift mortar tubs stack when empty, take forks in the base and come in a choice of sizes.

RAMS boards are site notice boards that hold risk assessments, method statements and site safety information where every trade can read them before work starts. Contractors, site managers and facilities teams set them up at site entrances, welfare areas and work compounds. This gives inductions, daily briefings and emergency details one fixed place on site, outside the cabin and in the path of the people who need them.

Floor Protection
Floor protection covers finished and part-finished surfaces during building and refurbishment work, keeping floors, walls, stairs, doors and fixtures clear of scratches, spills and impact damage until handover. HERMEQ supplies protection to suit most surfaces, from 2mm correx sheets for foot traffic to 4mm heavy duty boards for wheeled scaffold towers and plant. The heavy duty polypropylene board is a honeycomb corrugated board that is lighter to carry and easier to cut than the hardwood and plywood sheets it replaces. Flame retardant, breathable and recycled boards, a long protection roll, and reusable Stockboard tiles and sheets cover the jobs a standard sheet does not.
