Machine Round Timber Fence Posts are typically used for setting up wire fencing in agricultural environments. They are also used as ends for domestic fencing and corner posts for post & rail fences.
The posts are lightweight and easy to install – they can either be fitted into a round post holder and fastened with screws, or having the pointed end of the post hammered into soft ground using a mallet.
The timber has been pressure treated to UC4 Standard to prevent rot, decay and insect infestation. The wood panel ages beautifully over time.
The timber posts have been standard incised to improve durability and reduce stress in outdoor conditions. Incising is a pre-treatment mechanical process where sharp steel teeth are pressed into all sides of the timber to force preservative chemicals deep into the cellular structure of the wood for maximum lifespan.
The wood posts can be ordered as standard pressure treated green or brown.
