Palisade Network Rail Spec Rails are used horizontally and attached to Pales and Posts when constructing a Palisade Network Rail Spec Fencing line – each fencing perimeter requires 12x Rails per bay.
The Palisade Rails come available either Galvanised or Powder Coated and are available in two sizes – 45x45mm or 50x50mm.
We recommend using 45x45mm Rails with 1.8m and 2.0m high Palisade Network Rail Spec Fencing lines, and 50x50mm Rails with 2.4m fence lines.

Extending 225mm above and 150mm below the panel, these pales boast single-pointed tops, which can be rounded upon request.
To provide added sturdiness to the entire system, the horizontal support rails, measuring 45×45×6mm RSA, come with 10mm holes on the front face. The strategically positioned steel posts, sized at 102×44×2325mm RSJ with pointed tops, are set at 2.75m intervals, ensuring a secure anchoring for the fencing system.
For a reliable and secure installation, the Palisade Network Rail Spec Inter Post comes with high-quality fixings. The system utilises M8×25mm mild steel bolts with a malleable head and shear nuts, along with M12×30mm cup square bolts and M12 shear nuts to firmly secure the components in place.
