The Arrow Safety hard hat provides ultimate protection to the wearer against any dangers and risks that could involve a head impact injury. Over 10% of all reported injuries in construction are from being struck by an object. Under the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations 1992, employers have to provide workers with a hard hat and it also ensures employees are required to wear a hard hat on site where there is a risk of head injuries.
This hard hat provided employers with the assurance that they are providing their employees with a suitable hard hat that is certified to the British Standard EN 397. It also gives the wearer comfort that even when it isn’t a requirement under the PPE Regs that they’re protected against head injury risks.
It is made from lightweight high density polypropylene which is an incredibly strong material especially when moulded to the shape of this helmet. It also has 8 vent ports to facilities airflow to circulates around the wearer head, preventing overheating and discomfort. To add to the comfort when wearing from long hours the helmet comes with a 6 points PE suspended harness and comfort forehead foam cushion. There is a rear buckle that is adjustable to sizes 53 to 65cm. Has a standard side slot on each side to slot in accessories such as the Clip-On Ear Protector. Also comfortable to wear Wrap Around Spectacles underneath.
