The flexible nature of this grip glove makes it an absolute favourite for general handing, automotive, construction, warehousing and manufacturing functions. It has a dipped nitrile coating over the palm and fingers which gives the maximum abrasion resistance according to the BS EN 388 standard. This nitrile coats a 13 gauge liner which improves dexterity and provided ventilation and airflow to the hand.
This glove has low linting properties which means that it won’t shed its fibres or transfer any colour or nitrile material to products the wearer is working with. Other general handling gloves are prone to releasing fibres which risks contaminating products in the work environment. This is a worry in automation industries in the main.
This Gripper Flexible Glove is tested according to the British Standard EN 388. The standards test the following attributes of a glove:
- Abrasion Resistance
- Cut Resistance, Coup Test
- Tearing Strength
- Puncture Resistance
- Cut Resistance, TCM Test ISO 13997
- Impact Protection
You’ll find numbers from 1 to 4 on the back of every pair of gloves. These numbers indicate the performance of the gloves against the attribute tests above.
