A brightly coloured and bold visual non-adhesive tape this Warning Detection tape gives a clear visible early warning and identification of buried underground work such as utility cables for internet etc. With steel trace wires running through the tape, they are joined together using crimps. Once joined together this supports signal tracing along the line of length of the trench.
The Warning Detection Tape is usually installed with a specific distance in mind above the service line and is made from high-quality durable polymers which are highly resistant to most soil types.
Product Uses
The Electrical Warning Detection Tape is used by Generic Electric services, SSE (SSE Energy Services), ENW (Electricity North West), WPD (Western Power Distribution) and SPEN (SP Energy Networks).
