Biaxial Geogrids provide omni axial support to granular sub bases and areas of weak or varied soils. These biaxial geogrids ensure any problems with pavements are solved by reinforcing capping layers and railway ballasts. These layers are reinforced with granular particles compacted over the grids, which penetrate and project through the apertures to create a strong interlock. An exceptionally minimal maintenance system the biaxial geotextile is a cost-effective solution for pavement problems.

Laying pavements and roads can be a long-term project that requires constant maintenance and precision to create strong roads. Soils can often be variable or weak which can affect road use long term. To help solve these problems the Biaxial Geotextile provides Omni-axial support and reinforcement to these weak or viable soils. They also provide reinforcement to capping layers, railway ballast and granular sub bases.
The Biaxial Geotextiles work by compacting granular particles over the grids, which partially penetrate and project through the apertures to create a tough, durable, and positive interlock. The interlocking mechanism creates a load dispersal effect which increases the shearing resistance in the soil, improving the compaction and allowing the sub base thickness to decrease, which in turn reduces the time and cost of construction.
