These First aid kits for vehicles are supplied with high-standard tools and dressings needed to deal with emergencies and immediate care for vehicle passengers. Compared to traditional basic first aid kits these BS 8599-2:2014 kits are supplied with resuscitation face shield, foil blankets and heavy-duty shears which are not often found in generic first aid kits.
Kit Recommendations:
Small kit: Recommended for 1-3 passengers in vehicles such as Mopeds and motorcycles
Medium kit: Recommended for 1-8 passengers in vehicles such as cars, taxis and commercial vehicles
Large kit: Recommended for 1-16 passengers in vehicles such as coaches and minibuses.
For 17+ passengers 2 large kits are required. Other larger vehicles may require more than 2 kits.
